Santiago High School Student Recognized as Youth of the Year
Friday, March 18, 2022During a virtual ceremony on March 4, Santiago High School student Hazel Coronado was named the Orange County Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year, a recognition that awarded her a $5,000 college scholarship. Coronado is the school’s Senior Class President and has been a member of Boys and Girls Club for 11 years.

GGUSD Invites Applicants for Bond Oversight Committee
Tuesday, February 22, 2022The Garden Grove Unified School District is seeking qualified volunteers to serve on the independent Bond Oversight Committee (BOC), tasked with overseeing lawful and appropriate expenditures of the district’s bond funds. The Committee meets several times each year to provide public scrutiny and accountability for use of funds from Measure A, the $250 million bond measure approved in 2010 and Measure P, the $311 million bond measure approved in November 2016.
Hare Named Among California’s Model Continuation High Schools
