GGUSD Launches New Platform to Improve Customer Service
- Wednesday, February 19, 2025

Garden Grove Unified School District announced today it has implemented Let’s Talk, an all-in-one, customer service and intelligence platform built for education.
“In GGUSD, we have always valued timely and transparent communication. We are excited that this tool will make it easier than ever for families to get the information they need, when they need it,” said Board of Education President Lan Nguyen.
Let’s Talk makes it easier for GGUSD to gather and respond to questions and concerns quickly and effectively. The dynamic platform allows website visitors to:
- Select a topic, ask questions and receive accurate and timely responses from the right person in the right department
- Share feedback on district initiatives, programs, and services
- Get questions answered 24/7 with the help of a chatbot (Let’s Talk Assistant) which is found on every page of the district website, https://www.ggusd.us
- Engage in multilingual conversations through translated dialogues
“Let’s Talk enables our district to accommodate the communication needs and preferences of our community members in multiple languages,” said Board Vice President Bob Harden. “We encourage everyone in our community to use Let’s Talk to share your feedback, questions, and ideas to help us deliver high quality customer experiences and foster stronger school communities.”
