This week, Garden Grove Unified School District launched a helpline to provide families and students with another layer of support during the current COVID-19 health crisis.  The helpline phone number is 714-598-6366 and is staffed by a friendly GGUSD employee from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“We want our community to know that we are here to support them through the pandemic and distance learning environment,” said Board of Education Vice President Teri Rocco. “GGUSD employees are very passionate about helping families overcome the challenges and obstacles of distance learning and we want our community to reach out with any and all questions.”

In addition to the helpline, GGUSD encourages parents and students to visit its COVID Resources webpage, https://ggusd.us/covidresources, which is packed full of information in three categories – academics, wellness, and community-based resources. The webpage is designed to be a one-stop-shop to support at-home learning for the district’s more than 41,000 students and their families.
