Public Hearing on a Resolution Dedicating an Easement at the Bolsa Grande High School Site to Southern California Edison Company

To all interested parties:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, pursuant to Education Code section 17558, the Garden Grove Unified School District (“District”) will hold a public hearing to determine if it is in the best interest of the District to dedicate an easement at the Bolsa Grande High School, located at 9401 Westminster Ave., Garden Grove, CA 92844, to Southern California Edison Company Assessor Parcel Number 098-090-69. If there is no formal protest, the District’s governing board (“Board”) may adopt the resolution to dedicate the easement at the end of the hearing.

Date and time: April 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

On April 4, 2017 the Board adopted Resolution No. 26 declaring the Board’s intent to dedicate the easement. A copy of Resolution No. 26 is posted on the District’s website at: http://www.ggusd.us/.
