Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) seventh through twelfth grade students and their parents are invited to the district’s 2018 Career Fair on Monday, January 22, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Rancho Alamitos High School gymnasiums.

During the event, students and teachers in the district’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses will highlight the district’s exciting Career Pathway programs through interactive displays and activities. Representatives from colleges and trade schools will also be on hand to provide students with program information and answer questions.  The Career Fair will also feature presentations from industry professionals who will share their own stories and advice about exploring careers in business, digital media arts, engineering, computer science, education, hospitality, and medical sectors.

“GGUSD is committed to ensuring all learners will be prepared for lifelong success in careers that excite them,” said Board of Education President Bob Harden. “This Career Fair helps spark important conversations around college and career, and gives students tools to begin preparing for the future.”
